Brandy's London Update: August 9th

Misty May and Kerri Walsh never cease to amaze!

They won their first gold medal in Athens in 2004 then got their second in Beijing in 2008. Now in London they have done it again. The match was against fellow Americans Jen Kessy and April Ross.

Misty and Kerri actually played against each other in both high school and college volleyball.

Although Kerri plans on continuing on for a fourth gold medal in the future, Misty will not be with her, she plans to spend time with her family.

Allyson Felix, a California native, has won more than one Olympic medal for track and field. She is a two-time silver medalist and now the reining champion of the 200 meter race.

Allyson's older brother Wes is also a sprinter. She actually didn't discover her talent for sprinting until seventh grade. She says that her ability to run is a blessing from God.
