All of these problems can be a sign that your body is lacking the proper hydration.
Believe it or not, dehydration is actually accelerated in cold weather because the air we breathe is drier. Make sure you continue to drink up during the winter months to stay hydrated and healthy.
Can't get yourself to drink water? Here are some other ways to get your daily dose of H2O.
1. Add a little flavor: Add a couple slices of either fresh lemon, lime or orange to spice up boring water. This is also an amazing way to add a little Vitamin C to your diet to ward off colds.
2. Stock up on sugar-free sports drinks: Sports drinks are formulated to hydrate you. Take advantage of the good vitamins and electrolytes they supply. But, make sure what you're sipping on is sugar-free because you don't want added sugars and calories.
3. Cozy up with some Chamomile: A warm glass of tea is relaxing in the winter months, it's also another way to drink water. Brew your favorite flavor for another way to hydrate your body.
