Just because it's blazing hot outside doesn't mean you have to suffer!
If you can't make it to a pool to take a dip that's ok because there are other ways to regulate your body temperature. Snack on some frozen melon cubes or berries. It's not only a healthy snack but it will chill you out as well.
Slather on some peppermint lotion. The menthol in the lotion will trick your body into thinking it's not as warm.
Invest in a hammock and just relax! Sometimes being still and doing nothing is difficult but in the end your body will thank you for the rest.
